Training unit

Continuous employee training is a strategic initiative. At the individual level, it enhances job quality; at the organizational level, it drives growth and excellence; and at the national level, it contributes to increased productivity.
Partgowal Holding develops its strategies and policies based on a thorough understanding of both stakeholder expectations and external environmental demands, while leveraging internal capabilities. The company aims to create a learning organization, fostering an environment of continuous employee development to enable sustainable growth and strengthen its position in increasingly competitive domestic and international markets.
To this end, the company continuously plans and implements skill-based and specialized training courses for all employees and managers based on comprehensive training needs assessments. Additionally, it pursues long-term goals such as the development of social skills, the regular updating of knowledge and technical competencies in line with international standards, and family education programs aimed at enhancing life balance and employee morale.
In accordance with the Comprehensive Training Regulation approved on March 2, 2022, and its subsequent revision in February 2024, and considering the views of the High Training Council and annual performance evaluations, the Training Unit — in coordination with company executives and department heads — systematically plans and implements annual training programs. These programs target both general and specialized learning outcomes and emphasize:
•    Specialized training for designated target groups
•    Field visits to industrial and mining sites
•    Learning from the experience of successful managers
•    Group workshops and educational tours
•    Participation in training seminars
